Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Special Conditions for Diffusers & Essential Oils

  • ​Diffusers: If used with non-alcoholic liquids (e.g., essential oils) and showing scent residue/usage marks, a 30% restocking fee will apply.
  • ​Essential Oils: Once opened, all essential oils are ​non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Shipping Costs

  • ​Non-defective items: Buyer bears return shipping costs.
  • ​Defective/damaged items: We cover return shipping fees.

Process
To start a return, contact us at ​support@chassence.com. If accepted, we’ll send a return label and instructions. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

Damages/Issues
Contact us immediately at ​support@chassence.com if you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Exceptions
Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishables (food, flowers)
  • Custom/personalized products
  • Opened essential oils
  • Hazardous materials
  • Sale items & gift cards

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU consumers may cancel orders within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply unless the item is defective. Contact ​support@chassence.com for EU-specific returns.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Contact us at ​support@chassence.com if not received within 15 business days.
